Hardened steel nails
‘HJZ’ hardened steel nails are made of specially hardened steel and reach a hardness of 52-54 HRc and a bending angle of 45º-90° after the manufacturing process.
The steel nails receive a special rust treatment to prevent rusting while in storage.
They are available with a smooth shaft in a blue/black and in a galvanised version (both electro galvanised and mechanically galvanised). Also available is a steel ribbed nail (both electro galvanised and mechanically galvanised) with interrupted slanted ribs on the shaft to provide approximately 30% greater resistance to extraction by comparison with smooth nails.
Apart from smooth nails and ribbed nails, the range also contains hardened steel Z1 clamp nail, Z2 lath nail, Z3 skirting board nail, Z5 formwork nail, the Fixpin and the M6 pin (dübel).
You will find a complete overview of the standard dimensions in our product brochure.
